i have an 06 with 49000 miles on it, for about the last week ive had a rubbing sound in the front end that gets worse when i hit the brake, the car vibrates from 45-60 and it pulls left, all tires are properly inflated, brake pads are practically new, any ideas?

You have a warped rotor. Time for new rotors and pads. Do yourself a favor and get good ones you won't have the problem again.

Sounds like, since you say like new pads, they are hanging up and the caliber were not lubed properly. If it is vibrating when you hit the brakes you do have a warped rotor, if vibrates with out brake at a certain speed you have an out of balanced tire
