I know this has been covered a hundered time :shifty:
What pads would you recommend on a daily driver. I plan on putting drilled/slotted rotors.
Should I get ceramic pads? I have stock rotors now with Mintex pads and they squeek like crazyy and
recently my car started to get alot of vibration under braking.

Jay,

Before the StopTech's I ran Porterfield RS-4 pads. Great pad and low dust. However, you have to heat those up for good stopping power. I know that I sell EBC's on my website. The EBC Red's seem to be popular with the low dust feature. The EBC Green's are a little better not requiring as much heat for stopping. However, they do provide more dust than the Red's. I didn't have the StopTech's on my car I'd get the EBC Dimpled/Slotted rotors with the EBC Red pads.

Yea, I plan on getting the EBC Dimpled/Slotted rotors and the Red pads once I get the refund from my warranty.

Ken, would getting just the front rotors act ok w/out the rears right off? Not going to get both sets at the same time.

You can replace just the front rotors. That will not cause any problems.
