ok so im assuming the blend actuator is gone bad in it because i hear this damn clicking noise and it stays pretty much at almost 65 degrees soooo I was wondering if there was another way around this, I really dont feel like ripping the whole dash out to fix it right now but the season is here and I was wondering if there was a temporary fix to get it to stay on heat and maybe get rid of the clicking noise?? anyone?

I didnt think they had a actuator problem but if the motor when bad I dont think there is a way around it without fixing it

where talking about the a/c here right?

I think this is the issue in my towncar too. Are there how tos on this anywhere?

During the summer the ac works only sometimes. It will blow cold when it does, but i think that valve is done for. Most of the time it will just blast hot air.

Dude yes! (Avatar) I hate honda lol and I am always making fun of them.

.........

its the blend door that opens and shuts to allow cold/hot air in when the heat is on the door closes and allows it to only flow hot air through it the motor on the actuator door is either burned out or shot its clicking im assuming because it doesnt have enough ass to shut it but if i stick my hand down there and help the door shut it will but as soon as you let go it automatically opens back up im confussed here and its annoying as hell!!

Me and my pops had to replace the BDA on my old 96 and 97. Pain in the ass because of plastic parts!

my blend door went out. its stuck in the AC mode so i dont have heat. its gonna be expensive to fix cause i dont trust myself taking everything apart. but im gonna do it cause ive already redone the air ride and countless other things so its worth it. i think mabye 1500 to fix.....sucks im just waiting for the stupid plastic intake manifold to bust on me....i miss my 95 lol...anyway good luck with your LTC they bring much joy and last forever but when they break shew buddy it can be painful.
