i'm need to replace the turn signal bulb in the back, but half the nuts wont come they just turn the bolts... any suggestion on how to get it out?

Try grabbing the head of the bolts with a vice grip (wrap some tape around the jaws of the vice grips as not to damage the bolts) and then turn the nuts. That just sounds so wrong LOL

tried the vice-grips and sprayed some PB blaster, still have one that won't break loose
