if anyone is thinking about doing the big three electrical upgrade do it. on these cars they def. benefit. my car starts faster and everything. anyone with a system should do this as soon as possible... itll sound better too. if anyone wants to know you cant hook the engine to chassis ground and the battery ground in the same location. the alternator will try and overcompensate and its not good for your electrical system. i have seen that question asked alot, i did it by accident and it doesnt work well.

also shocks, i put new bilstein shocks on and found that it stopped most of my vibration issues. apparently even with properly balanced new rims and tires they have been bouncing up and down due to the weak factory shocks, so if you have a vibration that you cant get rid of go to these first.
also i love the ride of the bilsteins, if you want lincoln soft then go with the sensatracs but if you want a little stiffer ride coupled with much better handling characteristics get the bilsteins.

dont know why i felt i had to post this but i think it can be useful information.

I don't recall what this is, could you enlighten me. Thanks

"the big three electrical upgrade "

"The Big Three" is installing low resistance wiring to supplement the OEM wires in the car.

The connections are:
Engine to chassis
Alternator to battery positive terminal/fuse box
Battery negative terminal to chassis

NEVER heard of the 'big three'...........and ive been browsing the boards for 3 years, had my LSC for two.................

caps

caps are good for one thing, they do soften the blow on the battery and alternator, if you have a high drawing system then a cap can help in the short spurts of bass and will allow the alternator to catch up and keep from fluctuating voltage so much. they do not help a faulty electrical system they just soften the flow of the electricity so you dont have spikes. again they do not cure problematic or weak electrical systems but can aid in prolonging the life of the alternator and battery

Caps are definately FTW, Ive seen blow theyre altenators many a times.
