Better to paint, plasti-dip or vinyl wrap lower skirts?

I want all my lower skirts to be gloss black to match my car, but I'm not sure which method would be the best option. I think painting them would take the most prep work as the aren't perfectly smooth, but would like your opinions?

I was going to do the same thing on mine. I know other members that did it said you couldn't tell a huge difference because of the texture. I would think if you put a couple coats of etching primer with maybe a coat or 2 of a high build primer it would make them disappear pretty well.
