Avic D3 help

After hours or preparation, I finally got my d3 all wired up and installed today, but i ran into some problems.

#1- no sound whatsoever. I wired everything according to the manual, but am thinking it might have something to do with the factory amp. The unit powers up and works, but no sound.

#2 power antenna not working. I saw the wire for the d3 that was labeled power antenna, but didnt know where to connec , o i didnt connect it to anything, and the power antenna is not functioning

#3 Nav not functioning properly. Do you have to calibrate the system by driving for a while or what?

Please let me know. I left the car in pieces so i can fix it asap. Thanks

I would think you would be able to tackle a simple audio job, seeing how modified your Lincoln is. All car audio wiring jobs are the same its not just your Avic.
