Looking to add an AUX to the Audiophile CDX6 Radio. The radio has no AUX or SAT buttons. Looked around at a few products but cant really find anything specific to this radio. Was anyone able to successfully add AUX to this type of a radio?

Thanks in advance!

The best option that I have found for my 05 with the THX is a hard wired FM transmitter. I know most people's experience with FM transmitters for aux is pretty bad, but this isn't the same one you find in the Wal-Mart entertainment section. It has a much better signal than those other types because it is "hard wired". The one I was shown had a switch to toggle between regular radio and the aux. If you do not care about the regular radio signals you can just get someone that plugs into the antenna input found on the site alax posted.

Has anyone else done anything different for an aux for the THX nav unit?

Ipod interface, videio interface, back up camera, digital tv tuner, Fm transmitter through antenna for tv tuner sound;my set up for my thx nav. There is a similar aux unit you can use instead of an ipod interface. It just give you the aux inputs so you can connect an ipod or any other decive. I went with the ipod interface because it charges the ipod and you can control it through the steering wheel control.

Hardwired or not, the problem with an FM modulator is that the FM spec does not allow nearly as wide of a frequency response or as much dynamic range as you can get out of an MP3. Your wired in solution may be low on noise, but it is also low on frequency range and dynamic range. (I'm old enough, that I probably couldn't tell the difference anymore, but younger ones can.)
