Alright folks, I've researched and I'm convinced I'm the only LS owner to ever have this problem. Can't find another thread with this problem. I'm either not searching the right words, or I've just grown frustrated and can't think straight.

For the record: 2004 LS V8 Premium

This morning I was getting my "daily starbucks" and when leaving the drive-thru I pressed the button all the way down to send my Window up automatically and it only went up slightly, I was like what the hell? I hit it again, went up a little bit again. Basically, I had to hold the button down for the window to go up (OH MY GOD! I KNOW -- terrible). Regardless, I'm a stickler for perfection and didn't know if anyone knew what the source was for the auto up feature not to work on the Driver's Side Window. The Pass. Side Window works just fine.

The Drivers side window will auto-down works fine, the auto-up doesn't work at all. The window itself works great. Goes up and down just fine, normal speed, I just have to hold the button down to send it up. Anyone have any information on this at all? Much appreciated as always.

Just so you know:

Joegr has a world of knowledge and was correct. You simply recalibrate the button by rolling the window all the way down. Then pressing and holding the auto-up button until the window reaches the closed position. Continue to hold for about 2 seconds and VIOLA -- problem solved.

Joegr, I too owe you a beer.

A$$holes :shifty: I had to fix 2 window regulators, an alternator, got a chipped up windshield, need a new battery, fix my o2 sensors, a broken tail light assembly, a rear chrome bumper trim, need paint repairs and this man is sittin here complaining that he has to roll the window up by holding the button
