I Have A 94 Lincoln Town Car With Auto Climate Control. The Blower Only Works On High. No Automatic Anything. Heat And Cool Are Fine.

Blower motor speed controller and/or it's wiring connector.
Corrosion of the BMSC connector is VERY common on the -'97s.
