i tried doing it myself and just gave up b/c i had to take off both valuve covers and to change the gaskets and the manifold so i just drop it off to my shop and they told me i have on ever pulgs so good thing i'm having them do the full tune up on it so i can just enjoy my ride.

If your car is getting close to the 100k mark you might also want to change the PCV valve and elbow. If you dont you will soon enough.

when i was in the shop i noticed so did my shop that my spark pulgs were still the orignal onces. 116k now that the shop changes every gasket and pvc on it the car feels better has a bit more power to it

how much they charging if u dont mind me asking, mine is at 63000 and i am constantly having a misfire in cylinder 6, i replaced it it drives better but the code still kicked the check engine light. and i replaced the PVC hose at 52000, it exploded appearantly!

heres the break down, 35 for the bosch p4 tips, 51 for the manifold gaskets from ford, then 195 from the shop the work plus they ordered the valve cover gaskets and pvc, and the work so it ran me 281.00 all together
