Ok so I took the advice of everyone on here and am doing my inner tie rod myself... Is is going good and looking straight forward but Ive hit a snag. Does anyone know how to remove the ring that holds the below on at the rack?

i used a pair of pliers with a wide jaw one end has a clamp the other is a tie wrap i beleive

Cool got it off now a new problem I have... How do I get that damn pin out?
