Are these good Ballasts and bulbs?

They may be fine. Similar kit as to what others got. I know more than a few went with "japanimportshop" (or something like that) and one did have a problem but I think it was actually a grounding issue.... dont recall.

A lot of these kits are the same though. It is a true HID kit, thats what matters.
 
if they are really 50watt ,they will be brighter than what most have, the original aftermarket kits are 35 watt

I would PM mafioso on this site. He took care for me for the mark and I will be getting kits for the low beams and fogs on the LS as well.
 
While the mark was down over the winter I picked up another kit, this time a 55w kit (every car in my family uses either 9005/9006) from user 'proexhaust' and it works fine. I have bought 4 hid kits, 3 from japanimport shop, 1 from proexhaust. It appears that the ballast is the only thing different from the 35 to 55w kits, so if you have the bulbs, just pick up the ballasts and be done with it.

I have my OEM bulbs working fine, no problems, just trying to get prepared that eventually I will lose a bulb.
