Are the '75 & '76 Mark IV the same body style??

I need to know if the exterior body, mainly the back side panel, roughly the same between the 1975 & 1976 Lincoln Continental Mark IV, 2-door?
I found someone who has the exterior trim part I need, but it's for a 1975 when I need the 1976 model.
If not.....
Does anyone know where I can get this information?
