anything I should check on while the valve body is out?

Check your pan for crap I'm sure you know, drain the convertor to get more new fluid in also?
 
everything is completely drained, I was just wondering about any sort of wear and tear moving part

should I use the tccoa jmod drill sizes or the crownvic.net 98+ sizes?
