Anyone running these?

overrated and overpriced if you ask me. what kind of setup are you going for? have you chanegd the headunit and speakers in the car? what kind of amp do you plan on running? are you going to upgrade the stock electrical charging system?
 
Yeah I already have a high output alternator puts out 220 amps with a yellow top in the trunk. I have done the big three. So the car is ready for anything lol
This thing will be powered by a kicker zx750.1 and I have infinity kappa's components in the front and coaxial in the back powered by a infinity 4 channel amp.
 
i had a 12w7/alpine 500rms with a stock headunit and alt and didn't have any problems. just saying...
 
Where can i purchase a H.O. alternator and how much is it to install? I've tried years ago in south carolina and the place i went to refused to do it because he said he would have to partially remove the enigine...is this true?
 
I have a JL W6 12" in an pro wedge box powered by an JL 900/5 amp powering the whole system to include Infinity Kappas 6x8 in the doors. With the amp properly tuned, everything sounds sweet in my car. But don't buy nothing from Crutchfield, they are high as hell. Check around I'm pretty sure you can find it for cheaper.

This is the alternator i got and no you do not have to remove any part of the engine. I paid $75 for the install to a local shop. Just make sure you add an additional 4 gauge wire from the alternator to the battery.
