The lskoncept has 1 photo but it says their will be a small gap between bumper and head lights. Has any one got better pics or done this yourself. How noticeable- is it worth doing the upgrade?

I'm pretty sure I have seen a pic of this mod, and you could tell it a little, but I don't think just anyone could. We all can of course because we know excatly what the cars are supposed to look like. I know somebody will be able to direct you in the right path, but I can't remember the memebers name that did it.

I think it was fellow LVC member Osain who has the 04+ LSE bumper on his 00-02. I may be wrong.

You will have a gap if you use the 00-02 headlights with the 06 LSE bumper. Size is subjective so I wont say it small or large but I will say it's noticable if you look at it. As far as being worth it that's up to you. if you likr the looks of the 06 LS then you already know what it will look like so it your choice. As far as I know I was the first to do this mod on my 00 LS Sport so it can definately be done.

Can you post a straight on pic from a little further away? I can't really tell how noticeable it would be from more than 1 foot away!

That's the only picture that I have of the gap because I lost most of my pictures when I switched from earthlink to rr. I forgot to get my pictures off their server before switching. I didn't use the 00 headlights, I used the 04 HID headlights. I snapped that picture of the gap for illustration purposes only when I was doing my mod 2.5 years ago for the how-to that I wrote. But as far as seeing the gap from straight on or far away you wouldn't notice it unless you just knew it was there. Remember that it will look like that on both sides so it will look symmetrical. BanginLS that's the only gap that I saw.

It probably makes a difference with what color your LS is too. Mine is black and I don't think the gap is that noticeable unless you are right on top of it or are looking for it....

I have a couple of pics in my gallery but none that really show the gap very well
