for the last couple of days ive been hearing a wobble sound coming from the rear pass. side as im driving. when i slow down the sound dies down. ive taken off the wheel and made sure nothing was loose and i cant seem to be able to diagnose the issue. any suggestions. also my message board is telling me my light is out and ive checked all of them and none are out wtf! i have a 2002 lincoln ls v6 . thanks

While at the speed where it makes noise, swerve to the left. This loads up the right rear wheel bearing with weight. The noise will get a little louder or stay about the same with a bad passenger side rear wheel bearing.
Do the same and swerve to the right. This loads up the left rear wheel bearing with weight and UNLOADS the right rear. The noise will go away with a bad passenger side rear wheel bearing.
If this test performs as described, I'd replace the wheel bearing. Be advised that if you do it yourself you will need a large socket (26mm I think) and a replacement axle nut as it is designed to be a single use nut and WILL self destruct during removal. Everything else can be done with standard tools. I think it is only about 4-6 bolts to remove the hub assembly (which is what you'll need to replace.)

Your load test is only about 1/2 accurate. You also have to listen to which side the noise comes from. I had a front passenger bearing that would get louder as weight was unloaded from it. I would turn right and the right front would get louder. I replaced both left side bearings thinking it was the left because that is where the weight would be. But I was wrong, ended up being the unloaded side.

Your problem is very likely to be a wheel bearing. I had the same symptoms in my 2003 LS (fixed under warranty). As was said above, the LS is known for wheel bearings going out, and this was confirmed by a technician. FYI, they use the same ones across all model years of the LS.
On the bulb issue, just so everyone knows, you do not have a message center. However, even the lowly V6 cars had a bulb warning indicator over the odometer. It says Lamp Out, right? According to the Owner's Guide, this warning shows when one of the exterior front turn lamps or rear brake/turn/tail lamps bulb has burned out. (Depress the RESET control to return to the Trip odometer display). Have you checked each of those bulbs carefully?
