i already have a amp hooked up to two 10 inch jbl's wanted to get some better sound on the inside.I already replaced all the inside speakers i wanted to add another amp for the inside speakers.Does anyone have a diagram for the rear amp so i can tie into the speakers back there?

Forgot to add what kind of amp do i get?Its basically going to replace my factory amp i was told if i hook up my speakers to my regular amp it would blow them.

if you have a aftermarket cd player it is easy, throw away the stock amp get a 4 channel amp for the interior speakers, rip out all the stock wiring and just wire it to the amp how it should be

Rewire the whole mess.
The stock crap is a nightmare.

so i just run all the wires from the speakers to the trunk? Can i tap into the amp wires after i remove the old amp?I dont want to run all that wire all over the place.

i put new speakers inside with a new 4ch amp. the factory wiring isnt really suited for power over the factory amp. i did stupid monster wire from all 4 speakers to my trunk and hooked it to the new amp. it is a bitch but oh so worth it when its done. also depends on what speakers you have. make sure the rms for the speakers is the same on the amp or a little higher. i got 3way pioneer 6x8 in the front and 5way pioneer 6x9 in the back. front is rated at 50 rms and the back is rated at 80 rms. my amp just runs 50 rms to all of them. they sound nice though. not top of the line by any means but pioneer lasts. what kinda speakers you get?

infinti all around kappa series i was thinking the same thing just run all new speaker wires to the trunk.Did you even hook up the tweeters?I have a pioneer f700bt navigation system so i think it has more than one rca out jack.

Its not hard just time consuming.

Just rewire the whole thing, use nothing factory.
Pull out the back seat pull off the door sills, and the door panels.
Use a wire fish or a coat hanger to run new wire thru the door.
After you have the sills off, pull back the carpet you will see were to run the new wire.
For the back just pop the speaker covers off.

One other issue with using the factory wiring, the woofer front/rear left and front rear right are in parallel so if you just unhooked the tweeters all around and hooked up the new speakers where the old 6x8s were, you'd have no fader control. I know it's a pain but please run your own speaker wires.

+2 not to mention the stock wiring is at LEAST 11 years old (98) and its like 18ga (small)

can i wire the tweeters to the amp too?I was told im going to need bass blockers for them though.
