I had the spuddering problem around 40-60 mph, car was running on 6 cylinders instead of 8. I bought the gasket kits from teamford and some Autolite iridium plugs and a can of brake cleaner. If you dont have a CEL then your problem probably isnt that bad. I took apart the valve covers and plugs and replaced the gaskets including the o-rings for the bolts. I cleaned the coils real good with the brake cleaner. My car is now running on 8 cylinders. The passenger side is pretty easy but you need the right tools and you should have some car repair experience. Took me an hour and a half with a run to the auto parts store. Now i have to do the driver side which i know will take a little longer due to all the crap in the way. DONT replace the coils if not needed.

my 2 cents.......

Yeah it's fun. Not hard but its certainly time consuming. Just be very careful when you slide the cover back in, so you don't knock the gasket off and have to pull it back out again and re-seat it.
