I am going through my 1994 Mark and trying to solve some nagging issues. The airbag light was flashing (not sure the code) but when I pulled out the module, I found a large resistor looking thing towards one edge all burned up.
I have already ordered a replacement module, but I do not want to just install it if there is still a problem elsewhere that caused the thing to burn up the first time. What else should I look at or check to make sure this new module does not repeat the same problem?
