airbag light?

okay, ive read a post here on the airbag light and didnt want anyone to think i was "jacking" his thread. my airbag light is on, havnt checked the 3-2/3-6 thing but nothing else in the column works either, no radio controls, cruise lights etc. the car was a rebuild, the bags didnt blow but im told it could be the module. your thoughts?

If nothing else works, best bet is the clock spring is bad.
