It's for a passenger side airbag circuit high resistance or open. However, our mark viii's don't have side airbags... unless the codes for the obd-1 are different? Anyone know the issue and how to fix it. This pesky light is annoying.

I'm also getting a code but it's a 45. It only started after I installed my head unit. Everything works fine for now I just don’t like broken parts on my car.

So far the only decipher I found for "45" is "center air bag sensor misaligned" but that doesn’t seem right. I’m going to check all data sometime this week but I wanted to know if anyone else has seen this? I would take the bulb out the the beeping gets anoying.

Well not bring a old thread to life but it turned out to be a grounding issue for the heatunit. I was noticing my nav unit was say it was only receiving 9 volts so I decided to remove it and reground it. Turns out the wire was not attached to the navi unit anymore and maybe since it was grounded to what i think was a relay for the airbag it was giving me a high current airbag code. I grounded it properly to the unit and still am using the same ground point. Airbag light is gone... yay.
