airbag light again

Ok my airbag light started blinking today. about 2 years ago i disconnected the plug under the seat so the stupid seat belt light/chime would stop. the light has never come on in 2 years. do you think it would now trigger that? I did the search and found a mention of the clock spring. Im thinking this is probably the issue. Any input would be great.

clock spring OR look under the driver seat there is a yellow two pin connector for the side mounted air bag the wires comming out of the harness from the floor going into that plug have a tendency to break at the back of the plug when the seat is moved all the way back.

You can get a new pigtal harness and connector for the dealer and splice it in.

Tech I tried to get to that yellow clip but my hand wont reach under enuff to unclip it to see if wires are cut.

is there a trick to getting the seat out the way so I can get to it?>
