Ac is blowing cold, but not blowing hard out of middle vents

Hi everyone. Ill start from the begining. I have an '06 ls that i recently haf changed a couple of the cooling parts on. changed everything out easy thanks to this site, bleed the system, and a day later the car started spilling coolant from behind the drivers side tire. changed the resivoir out with a warranty replacement from ford (replaced it last year in july) and bought a new cap which im sure was the problem because it wouldnt screw on tight. i let the lincoln dealer replace the coolant and now my ac isnt blowing full bull as it should. bout vents closest to the doors blow fine but the ones in the middle seem like they are not open all the way. Did the self test and i got codes 1262, 1263, 1264. anyone know whats going on? and i did search for the dccv but my ac temp if fine
