AC Filter Question

Open your hood, passenger side will be a little door under the cowl that you can open and remove the filter. Just remove the cowl tabs and you'll see the door under there.

FYI: It is a cabin filter, it filters all in coming air not just the A/C.

Check your owner manual for how to and location.

The cowl is the part above the fire wall

fyi: it says change a/c filter on the message center, so technically he is right, nit to be picky ir anything. :D :D that reminds me I have to change mine too.

Its near the back of the engine, the plastic piece on the passenger side near the wipers. Push the middle of the pins in to pull them out

I've never replaced mine. Just clean it. Also, I spray it with air freshner or just put a few Bounty sheets in there to freshen up the cabin...it works great!

I bought a new one, the damned thing was near brown / black when I took it out. I got a NAPA filter for cheap through my uncle, and it has a lifetime warranty. He says I can just bring it back once a year and get a new one for free... >.> but it may be because I got hookups :P

What do you use to clean it? just take it to the air compressor? I'll have to try this, another 500 miles or so and it's going to start spazzing.
