Hey every one i am in a bit of some help and really dont wanna take my card to ford i feel like they will rape me....first and foremost i own a 2001 lincoln ls with 75,000 miles on it its a v6 3.0l ... I was driving the other day and out on no where the traction light abz light and brake light all came on at one time i pulled over turned the car off to see maybe they would go back off and it didnt, after driving for about another 5 mins i got to a red light i looked at my mileage indicator and is was read all ----------------------- and my wheel stiffened up making it a little hard to turn (as if my power steering went out i dont know if that makes sense or explains how it would of felt) as i drove i noticed that m speedometer was not climbing at all it just stayed at 0mph but my rpm indicator was working ...i then turned the car off turned it back on and my mileage indicator came back on and the speedometer started to move as i drove another 5 - 10 mins later the problem occurred again ... Can some one tell me what they thing the problem is... Or may know b4 i talk it to the devils at ford i dont wanna pay money out the ass for no reason ...ive attached pics to give you all a better idea

Assuming that you don't have the parking brake on, the main brake light is on because your brake fluid level is low.

The traction control light will come on anytime the ABS light is on.

The ABS light being on, along with the speedometer failure suggest that you have a problem with the ABS. The most common issue is a problem with one of the wheel speed sensors (in your case, probably one of the rear ones).

A Ford specific code scanner could help you identify if it is a wheel speed sensor and which one(s).

thank you very much joe

well if i take it to ford that $110 to run the diagnostic check
for them just to tell me which sensor it is ... so

do you suggest i have them take care of it all or a local mechanic
