I did not find much on the subject of the ABS anti-lock light being on, so I am trying to find out if I can pull the code from it with a simple Actron CP9015 scanner. I know the connector for the ABS test is the same, but it does not seem to work when running the KOEO test.
I strongly think it has a problem with the brake pedal travel sensor because I just replaced the brake booster and the light came on after replacing it. Is there anyway to test or jump out that sensor? Is it simply an on-off signal or is it a variable signal that actually tells the computer the position of the sensor?
