A/C problems

Hey guys, I've been having problems with my air blowing. My air stopped blowing out of the front dash vents. It only blows out of the defrost vents. Hot or Cold, it only blows out of the defrost. It was working fine then one day it stopped. What could cause this? Also, my a/c doesn't blow cold anymore. Its fully charged w/ coolant. I've noticed when I turn on the a/c, the compressor clutch will turn only a 1/4 of the way around then stops like it has no coolant. Any ideas or help would be great!

There are vacuum hoses that control the heater, one of them probably cracked so it won't adjust.

As far as the AC, I have no idea.

there is a small vacuum line ran from the top of the intake manifold running toward the pass side of the eng bay, trace that hose cuz its broken. the defrost only is a "fail safe" so at least you should be able to see.
and as for the ac I'm not sure either, maybe the ac relay is bad, try swapping it with another like it from the fuse box
