What is it, "I'm not searching Sunday" today on the forum ?

Code:
"a/c blowing hot air" site:[url]http://www.lincolnvscadillac.com/[/url]

Copy that whole line and stick it in Google.

look at all the results, read, read and read some more.
It's been covered a hundred thousand times on here.

When you say you replaced "most of" your cooling system,
~ did you replace the DCCV with a brand new unit ?
~ Have you run a DATC self test on the console ?
~ Checked fuses ?

- - - - EDIT:

In the front power distribution box, check fuse 01 10Amp A/C Clutch & Relay 08 A/C Clutch

Front Panel DATC Module Self-Test

  • On-demand DTCs are those that are reported by an ECU when a failure is detected while executing a diagnostic test. For the DATC module this means that all faults (hard) that occur while the module is conducting a self-test shall be reported as an on-demand DTC.
  • is entered by pressing the OFF and FLOOR buttons simultaneously and then pressing the AUTO button within two seconds. The display will show counts of 1 to 25 in the center of the display window. Record all DTCs displayed.
  • concludes by reporting all on-demand DTCs. Follow the diagnostics procedure given under ACTION in the DTC index for each DTC given.
  • reports individual on-demand DTCs as four-digit DTCs (less the alpha character).
  • will calibrate all the mode doors and check all analog inputs. The DATC module will only report on-demand (hard) faults that occurred while the DATC module was conducting its self-test.
  • will calibrate all the mode doors and check all analog inputs. The DATC module will only report on-demand (hard) faults that occurred while the DATC module was conducting its self-test.
  • will report individual on-demand DTCs without the °C symbol lit.

To exit the self-test, press any button. This will clear all on-demand codes from the DATC module memory. If no button is pushed DTCs will continue to be displayed.

Upon exit from the self-test the DATC module returns to operational status. The DATC module executes a hard (cold boot) reset which places the DATC system in the OFF mode.

Always exit the self-test before powering the system down (system turned OFF).

Any DTCs (codes) displayed ?

The bad DCCV caused the fuse to blow. You still need to replace it.

Turn off the A/C systems next time you race a Subaru Imprezza, remove the additional load.

So far the cooling parts that have been replaced:
Thermostat and housing
Upper radiator hose
Coolant outlet pipe
Intake manifold gasket
Water inlet pipe
And most of the other hoses
Oh and the radiator was replaced a couple of years ago

Exactly.

It will blow the fuse again and again and again. It's just a question of how often and how long before it is constant.

Ill be able to afford the part sometime this week until then im just going to have to keep spare fuses handy. How hard is it to replace the dccv?

Also where is the best/ cheapest place to get one?

is the dccv sh itting coolant yet?
i think i read that someone went in and cleaned their old one up instead of replacing it. personally, if its s hiting coolant i would guess that its junked tho.

advance auto has em for cheap if you use a code online. try 'A123' or 'ES123'
you typically can get 40% off @advance with a good code. search slickdeals.net if those codes i gave you dont work, they always have the current/best codes on there

Just my two cents to the op....buy Motorcraft. I purchased a cheapo and it lasted a few months before crapping out. I know that is just one experience but I looking back I should have bitten the bullet and purchased oem initially.

influx of new LS owners.
on Sundays they don't even search anymore.

It still seems to be down. The title page comes up, but all the links time out.

works fine for me joe, maybe clear your cache.

Weird, same problem on two different computers, both using Firefox. I guess I'll try it in IE.

Not working at all in IE...

Oh well, I'll try a third PC later.

You are going to other parts, like clicking on Service Information?

Don't know what to tell ya Boss, I clicked around on the left side menu,
it's loading all requested pages in the right side frame. (as of Mar19th, 2013)

Doesn't work on my Windows7 laptop with Safari, Firefox or IE. Also doesn't load on my iPhone. Says the server isn't responding.

Must be a Canadian thing....... :D

not sure what to make of it other then it could be in the middle of a DNS propagation (Nameserver change)

Perhaps contact Owlman to get him, to get them, to kick the server.

I just send him a PM. He'll have to contact his support for his domain.
he's active as of March 17th, 2013, he should get the message shortly.
