Hello all, long time lurker here, but I just made an account in hopes you guys could help me out a bit. I have an '05 LS V6 and as the title says, the A/C blows hot (and I live in Florida which doesn't help...). I replaced the DCCV as it is a common issue, but it didn't solve the issue. The dealership said (on two different occasions) that my A/C compressor is shot, so I've been looking at 3rd party compressors to replace mine with. Does anyone have any experience with the UAC brand or Four Seasons?

The symptoms my car is exhibiting are:
- Hot air coming out of the vents
- Sometimes when the car turns on, it sounds like air is blowing hard but nothing is coming out of the vents
- The air cools down somewhat when moving
I read in another topic that it might be the cooling fan or leaves blocking some vent (I can't exactly recall the location).
