98' Mark VIII Glove box light?

I replaced my A/C heater switch behind the dash and recently noticed I do not have any light in my glove box. I think I remember having one? Could be a senior moment? Anyway if we have a glove box light, I would appreciate knowing where the bulb or the bulb holder is, because I cannot see one looking in there. I may have to drop the swinging glove box down to see, but before I did that, I thought I would ask you guys?

my dvd repair disc shows a lamp for 96 but not 98????

Weird. My 98 has a glovebox light in it...

Get yourself a flashlight, and poke around at the top of the glove box opening. I can't remember exactly which side of the glove box the light is on. But it's there.

I'd get you a diagram of it, but I can't find one.

its about dead center top of box if you have one,thats how it is shown for gen 1 anyway,i havent gone out and looked if my 95 has one or not.

i know my old 90 tempo had one,so i hope all our lincolns atleast have one.
