97-98 seat track ? price?

What would ya pay for a 97-98 driver seat track. Have a local guy with one attached to seat but willing to part out

I routinely see them going for $100-$125. Another option is to have yours welded.

I haven't even took it apart to see why it doesn't go back and forth

If it isn't broken (I was assuming it was) then try some penetrating oil first on the tracks to see if it will move. There was a motor disassembly post on one of the boards with pics showing how to get them working again as well just in case that is the problem.

i can push the button to go foward and manaully push the seat at the same time and it will move.. i will take it off and check it this week.... buying a mirror with the electrochromatic fluid as mine has leaked out for 35 bucks.
