96-98 cobra intake manifold

Is it really worth changing over to the 96-98 cobra intake manifold on a gen 1 mark viii??? Does anyone know what kind of hp gains you get??

I don't think so... on a second Gen yes, but the second gen intake is junk compared to the first gen... If you get a screaming deal on a Cobra intake though (Like $10) then it is always worth it.

word! I thought about it and did do some research on here but I just wanted some opinions. It doesn't seem to be worth it unless you are doing the heads and supercharger and spending big bucks!!

I had no plans of ever doing it... just got too good of a deal not too....
