I have a 92 deville. Been sitting for a year and a half. Needs a transmission. Will drive but won't go into high, just slips. I went to start it today to move it off the street. No fuel pressure. Jumpered the power and pump wire wt the relay behind the glove box. No pressure or pump noise. They put this relay in a terrible place, not like my Mk Viii. Is there any other checks for the fuel pump before removing it and what sort of job is it to get the pump changed? Just did my Lincoln MK viii.
