90 lsc special edition controls not working...

i have a 1990 lsc limited edition, when i change stations on the radio there is a loud base bang when i change stations, and very little sound like the power antena is down, driving lights when on the dash and head lights lights flicker, and the climate control, you have to turn the air to 65 to cool and at 70 the heat is on, is there a bad ground or is there a problem with each? thanks for your help.
