anyone know where I can get this hose. Its the one between the thermostat and the water pump. I went to the Lincoln dealer and they said no dealer in the country has one. I googled the part # he gave me "3w4z-9k493-aa" and its been discontinued. The number in the shop manual is 98945697-3. I had to cut the old one off so that's not an option anymore. The hose has a slight bend in it but I wonder if a straight piece of bulk hose would work. Anyone ever try that ? I have a 2003 ls v6. Just bought it a month ago , ive changed the valve cover gaskets since it was leaking oil and figured why not do the hoses and water p ump while im at it.
