and a new a/c clutch pulley,tension pulley........now the wipers dont work

Clean up the ground on the wiper motor. If that does not fix it, it may be your wiper stalk needs cleaned.

i also lubed it thought it might loosen it up a bit but still dont work,it just makes a knocking sound
