2nd generation 97-98 Mark VIII door panels

Hi

Can anyone tell me if I can use interior parts like the door panels from a 97-98 Mark VIII in a 95 model car and have it fit up correctly with the dash in my car?

Also is there a list anywhere of different interior options these cars came with? I want to change out the grey worn interior in my car for black, I was hoping there might be black door panels with some wood pattern overlays that match the center console (simulated burl wood I think) and polished metal door handle/switches

If anyone has anything like that for sale or could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it
