I have two related problems with my 2005 Navigator. (1) the key will not come out of the ignition switch, and (2) the rear hatch will not open electronically (must do it manually). I'm pretty sure both of these problems are caused by bad connections in the larger junction connector that is located behind the driver's side kick panel. It's a big connector held together by a 10mm bolt. If I loosen the connector, the key comes loose, but then stays stuck if the connector is tightened back up. My guess is that I'm not getting a good connection anymore in a few places in that connector. There are a ton of wires going into it, and I was wondering if anyone had a wiring diagram for that connector that they could share. Would certainly make the repair a whole lot easier. Thanks.
