2003-2006 all the same, so yes correct for your 2005.

As stated above..yes it will work. If you want to be more specific to make sure it will fit your EXACT year or maybe for a different vehicle here is a link i use when i start replacing bulbs / lights on ALL my vehicles.

Which bulb? THh difference is if you have stock HID headlights or Halogen. The type of bulb is listed in the first 2 lines of the manual you posted
