Hey guys after sinking 3600.00 into my lse its throwing these codes after 200 km of driving. ... I had a new steering rack put in as well as valve cover gaskets done again and four new injectors the car ran like a top when I got it back from the lincoln dealer and still does other than these codes... I have an f150 as well and it threw the same codes as well and had a vacuum leak by the pcv im wondering if there are any vacuum lines the technician may have neglected to reconnect or if theres any that are prone to leaking on the 3.9? Your help is greatly appreciated

An air leak is definitely an option, O2 sensors an option, bad/marginal coils is an option.

Dealer tested coils they're supposed to be good

I have some doubt about that statement. To really test them, requires a stress test. This is often more expensive to do than to just replace the coils.

Anyway, I do think that an air leak is a likely cause. Check all the rigid PCV plumbing in particular, as well as all the connection points.

When I first got my ls I had those codes when trying to pass smog
it was the larger vacuum hose on the intake tube by the maf was barely noticeably loose
once I fixed it the codes went away

Well I took it back to the dealer this morning o2's are checking out good and I think they did do the stress test as it had a misfire caused by bad injectors at idle and they completely eliminated coils as the problem they even had to call up ford tech support... coils only have 23000km or so on them as they were replaced when the vcgs were done originally... im supposed to take it back sometime next week and they are going to look at it further but ill recheck all the vacuum lines again
