Hmm.. good luck pawning that off on this forum. Had it been DOHC, you might have had a buyer or two. But the Mark VIII crowd uses DOHC. Who knows, maybe a member has another project going where he could use the SOHC, but that would be silly when you can put a set of DOHC on top of the block just as easy as a SOHC head.

Yea i know i have a mark 8 as well but maybe a town car can use this.

If you can verify the mileage that's not a bad price..
PI stands for Performance Improved or something like that... and there are only PI SOHC motors (heads/cams and intake really.)

They're called "C heads" to differentiate from PI heads (and obviously from B heads) by everybody I've ever talked to.

Power improved model heads. they flow better and have combined (cams and better flowing heads) hp power rating of about 30something hp. with the newer pi intake it can net you 50 to 60 hp.
