2001 ls code 32 on srs

I changed out my 5 disc stereo and the new one I put in was missing a plug and after that my light started flashing and staying on, I checked under all seats and they are ok. Can it be the fact that this plug is not in the stereo or do I have to take steering wheel apart.Any suggestions here would be greatly appreciated.

It's not related to anything plugged or not plugged into the radio.
