I jumped into my LS today and found the DRL’s have stopped working. Does the Auto lamp sensor fuse make these work?

Nothing to do with Autolamp.
What specific fuse number are you talking about? Is it blown?
Do your high beams work?
Parking brake fully released? Transmission not in park?
This is a Canadian sold car, right?
DRLs are a function of the FEM.

No it’s a UNited States car produced in the Wixom plant and I have the Auto delay swith option the brights do work and my fog lights work my low beams work but the Auto lights quit working any thoughts?

My thoughts are very confused. US sold LSes do not have DRLs enabled. Are you sure that you had DRLs before?
What do you mean the "auto delay option?" All LSes have autolamp, it's not an option. Is this something aftermarket?
What do you mean the auto lights stopped working? Did this happen at the same time as the DRLs stopping?

From the owner's manual on DRLs:
Daytime running lamps (DRL) (if equipped)
Turns the highbeam headlamps on with a reduced output.
To activate with automatic transmission:
² the ignition must be in the RUN position;
² the headlamp control is in the OFF position, Parking lamps position,
or Autolamp position when the autolamp function has not turned on
the headlamps (daytime); and
² the transmission is out of Park.
To activate with manual transmission:
² the ignition must be in the RUN position;
² the headlamp control is in the OFF position, Parking lamps position,
or Autolamp position when the autolamp function has not turned on
the headlamps (daytime); and
² the parking brake is released.

I'm still very confused here. Are we talking about autolamp or DRLs? Autolamp doesn't care if the transmission is in park or not. It only cares if the switch is on auto, is it dark, and is the key on run.

These are two very different things.
Some terms:

DRLs: Daytime running lights. They come on anytime the key is on run and the transmission is not in park. They turn on only the high beams (at low power) and no other lights. It is an option that only Canadian cars have (generally). They go off the instant you put it in park or turn the key off. It has nothing whatsoever to do with Autolamps.

Autolamp: Automatic headlights. Turns the headlights (and parking lights and dash lights) on when the headlight switch is on auto and it is dark outside and the key is on run. They go off after a delay after you turn the car off.

owners manual:
Autolamp control
The autolamp system provides light
sensitive automatic on-off control of
the exterior lights normally
controlled by the headlamp control.
• To turn autolamps on, rotate the
control counterclockwise to the
auto position.
• To turn autolamps off, rotate the
control clockwise to the off
position (O).
The autolamp system also keeps the lights on for a period of time after
the ignition switch is turned to OFF. The period of time that the lights
remain on is set at the factory but the time may be adjusted using the
sequence below.
Exit delay programming sequence
1. Start with the ignition in the RUN position and autolamps selected on
the headlight switch.
2. Turn the ignition to the OFF position. (This will start a 10 second
timer during which steps 3 through 6must be completed.)
3. Turn the autolamps OFF.
4. Turn the ignition to the RUN position.
5. Turn the ignition to the OFF position.
6. Turn the autolamps on (The park lamps and low beams will turn on.)
7. Turn the autolamps off after the desired delay time is reached. (The
maximum programmable delay is 3 minutes. The lights that turned on in
step 6 will turn off.)

It was my faulty terminology. I should have said Auto lamp instead I wrote DRL and you’re right they are two separate entities I don’t have Day Time Running Lights but I have Auto Lamps with delay shut off for some reason they didn’t turn on with my car in Park but while my car was in drive I turned the switch counter clockwise and the Auto lamp works now Thanks for the help and all your knowledge

By the way does it need to be dark in order for the Automatic headlights to work I never used them or tried to use this feature until today I always just turned the switch clockwise for the normal headlights?

That reason might be that it was then dark enough to trigger them, while it was not dark enough a little bit before? Where are you? It's still daylight here.

Yes. The whole point of autolamp is that you always leave the switch on auto. When headlights are needed, they will come on. When they aren't, they will turn off, or stay off. You don't need to do anything or think about it. Otherwise, it would just be normal manual headlights, and no reason to ever use that switch position.

Mine have been on auto since the day I bought them.

Good to know and knowing is half the battle and yes I’m leaving them on Auto from here on out, with a three second delay shut off I guess ....cool feature I should really experiment with this car more but it’s usually up on Jacks getting restored....can’t wait until it’s totally done
