2000 ls with rattling and loud knock

Any ideas on what this could be cranked it after all this crazy weather has set for about 3 mo and this is what i got. was wondering if it could be a timing issue or a rod bearing? what is yalls inputs after it runs it will make like a screeching noise also

It's sounds more like something in the upper end to me, lifters ??
How clean is the oil ??
Have you given it a chance to idle for a while and get up to temp ??

yes i let it run for about 30 mins got to normal operating temp and just had an oil change prior to being parked. It had like a slight tick prior to being parked like I've heard in other videos that i watched on the chain tensioner issues and then i got this after letting it sit!

I'm not a big believer in "mechanic in a can" but yours might be a good candidate for something like a can of Seafoam, Rislone, ... to try and clean up and eliminate that noise.
