2000 LS Stock Upper Grille Removal

Is there anyone out there that can help me take this stock grille off safely. i just purchased a upper grille from a fellow LVC Member. But i"m just having a hard time getting this grill off I know to take the 4 nuts off the top but the bottom isn't coming off so easy like the top part. So if anyone knows just drop me a line... thanks

bang it out and put the new one in????

You have to carefully press in the metal tabs and push them through the slot in the hood. Start on the outside 2 and then do the inner 2. I just used a flat-head screwdriver to push the tabs inward while I was lightly pulling on the outside of the grill.

Haha you got lucky! I just took it off two days ago just happen to have the grille sitting in my office. A few quick pics, ms paint, and you have an instant awesome post!
