2000 LS no emergency trunk release lever?

i think my car has a mob upbringing. i cant find the thing you pull with the picture of the little guy jumping out. im pretty sure my car does not have one. would lincoln do that or would the previous (crazy) owner do that? i have to say that i like it, now i just wish i could lock the seat backs in place.

Maybe is was a "Family" car before you got it.

Check the trunk for fingernail scratches and blood stains.:shifty:

mine got stuck behind the rug and I never new I had one until I redid my trunk.. maybe its behind the rug? if u want to get ur seats locked.. jus cut the cord that connects it to the seat.. should do the trick..

Bangin' may be right. I believe all LS models had the T-handle trunk release. Yours probably slipped through the cut-out in the trunk liner.
