So, If yall have kept up with my recent posts about where to find new cooling accessories and what not, You would come to find that my 2000 Lincoln LS is now overheating..
So Now im kinda wondering.. Could it be the cooling fan???
How would I beable to check To see if my hydraulic fan is fully operational.
I first noticed that when My car's temp would rise a little above the half way mark, that if you gave it a little gas the fan would kick on to 100%, Now it doesnt even do that anymore. I mean I feel it pushing hot air and all, but the fan is by no means spinning fast. It spins and all but not extremely slow but not fast by any means.
So I was thinking, is there any possible ways to test this.
Also my Hydraulic fan fluid seems to be a milky pinkish tanish color. Is this suppose to be like this? and the texture feels almost not oily but more.. goopyish, and filled way above the Full line, (all the way to the cap almost)
Anyways I bought the car running fine and put 1000 Miles on it and this started..
SOO Thanks guys. Let me know if you have any suggestions .
