Hey I'm new here and have read a couple of threads on this LS1 swap LS. I am very interested In knowing what is needed to do this.. I understand the ls will need new gauges and I can't expect heat/ac. Custom motor mounts? I also have a problem of my car being an auto v6. Idk if I will need sheetmetal work in the trans tunnel? Will I need to look into a new diff/rear axle? Any shops you'd recommend in or around Illinois would be great as well.
